CAULIFLOWER SENSATION 
2 c. cauliflower (thinly sliced)
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives (chopped)
1/3 c. green pepper (chopped)
1/4 c. pimento (chopped)
3 tbsp. onion (chopped)
4 1/2 tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine cauliflower, olives, green pepper, pimento and onion. In small bowl mix oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, sugar and pepper with rotary mixer. Pour over vegetables. Mix and refrigerate.
