FLAT BREAD 
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. white flour
1 c. cultured sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. whole wheat flour

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate batter for an hour. Roll into thin sheets on lightly floured board or cloth. Bake on ungreased baking sheets at 375 degrees until very lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Watch closely.
