FLAT BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
1 tsp. salt
White flour enough to roll dough out

Blend all. Roll real thin. Bake on ungreased griddle.
