FLAT BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. white flour
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cut in one half pound of the butter (corn oil). Add 2 cups buttermilk. Roll thin on pastry cloth floured well. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.
