BLACKBERRY COBBLER 
Fresh picked blackberries
Canned biscuits
Sugar
Lemon or lime juice
Cornstarch
Butter

Put blackberries and sugar in microwave until really hot. Dissolve cornstarch in lemon or lime juice and add to hot blackberry mixture. Roll canned biscuits out to make a bottom crust (dampen fingers with water if necessary to help spread into a single layer). In a greased Pyrex dish, place the dough and bake it for a few minutes to keep it from getting soggy. Add blackberry mixture. Make another crust and place on top. Brush crust with butter and sugar; bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
