MILLIONAIRE'S PIE | |
1 partially baked 10" pie shell 1 c. coconut flakes 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. white sugar 1 pinch of salt 1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1/4 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs, beaten Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Toss together the coconut, chocolate chips and pecans. Place in the pie shell. Mix sugars, salt and melted butter together. In separate bowl, beat corn syrup and vanilla. Fold in the eggs into this syrup mixture and pour evenly into the pie shell over the coconut, nuts and chocolate chips. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until lightly golden brown. |
