FRANCES RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
6 c. cooked rice
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can Rotel tomato with chilies
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) cheese, shredded

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off grease. Add Rotel and tomato sauce. Mix in rice, put in casserole dish. Bake for 40 minutes on 325 degrees. The last 15 minutes, put cheese on top to melt. Serves 6.
