I was looking for a quick recipe for rolls. The dough was kind of sticky but, I was pleasantly surprised how good these rolls turned out.

I thought they were ok, they were easy to make and fast as well, perhaps next time I will roll them by hand and bake them in a baking sheet. They had a good flavor and will definitely make them again. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Really really good and soft and fluffy. Super easy! I followed recipe, used butter, put on floured surface and divided into balls, placed in pan, let rise (didn't rise much), after 30 minutes cooked them and they rose perfectly while being cooked and turned out beautifully, I also brushed butter on top. Yummy!!!

As an Asian woman married into a German family knowing how to make buns is essential. In fact it may have been in our wedding vows. So imagine his dismay when 4 years and 100 attempts later and I'm still making glorified rocks in the oven. This recipe is my first successful attempt and my husband can't thank you enough.

I made this recipe for the first time today, and they were delicious!!!!!! The only thing I wasn't sure of was how to divide them up to put them in a muffin pan, so I rolled the dough out cut into sections rolled into balls, and placed on a cookie sheet to bake. I strongly suggest to do melted butter prior to baking.

Great recipe. I used gluten free flour 3/4 teas flax meal...yummy. Some of mine rose above the muffin tins, I won't let that happen again. The part that rose above the tin was dark brown and crispy. The rolls themselves were great.

Daughter cooking Thanksgiving dinner, she just called to say she didn't buy dinner rolls, so I got on line to Cooks.com and found this recipe. It's in the oven now rising. Thought the dough was way too sticky, but we shall see. I believe they will turn out quite nicely. Love Cooks.com, I go to it often.

I am really surprised that people think this is a good recipe. I don't think they have any taste at all. I will do the good old way next time I guess.

This turned out better than I expected and was an easy recipe to follow.

For those of you who are like myself and cannot eat eggs you can try it with a flaxmeal 'egg' - 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed with 3 tbsp. water. I mixed the flaxmeal directly into the flour and added the three tablespoons of water to the cup of water. It worked just fine... I had no issues.

I also added some grated coconut (about 1/4 cup)to the recipe just because I felt like having coconut buns and remembered I had this having made coconut milk a couple days ago. I added the coconut directly to the water and oil which I combined before adding to the flour. It turned out great and was Yummy!!

All in all a good basic recipe to experiment with!

So easy...rolls turn out beautifully. This coming from someone who has NEVER made rolls before. The longer you allow these to proof the lighter and fluffier they are-which I discovered mistakenly. Tried them out for the first time at Thanksgiving and they were a hit (my family thought they were my mom's....huge compliment!)

This is truly a great recipe. I am a regular bread maker and was doubtful about the flavor, texture, and crumb. In under 30 minutes (from start to finish) we had these beautiful, moist, and light dinner rolls. i have since doubled the recipe to make a loaf of quick white bread by baking at 400 for 30 minutes and then lowing to 350°F for another 25-30 minutes. Thank you!
