QUICK & EASY DINNER 
1 onion
1 bell pepper
Black pepper
Garlic
Soy sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can green peas
1 tbsp. butter

While cooking rice. Add some soy sauce! Fry bell pepper and onion until just tender. Add beef, garlic and pepper to taste. When beef cooked almost through, add lots of soy sauce (1/2 cup?) and peas. Simmer until rice is ready. Mix all of it together, along with any other leftover vegetables from your refrigerator.
