LEMON CHIFFON JELLO MOLD 
2 sm. or 1 lg. lime or lemon Jello (or 1 of each)
2 3/4 c. hot water
13 oz. can evaporated milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar

Dissolve Jello in hot water and refrigerate for 1 hour. Beat 10 minutes. Add evaporated milk, lemon juice and sugar. Beat all for 5 more minutes. Pour into 2 greased Jello molds.
