I love homemade breads and rolls but usually beg my mom to make them because they don't seem to come out right....however these are SO easy and delicious. I made two batches, the first one right to the recipe...very very good!! The second one I put melted butter on the top and sprinkled Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese on top....then baked. These were amazing and partnered up perfectly with the pasta Fagioli soup I made. I will be making these again!!!!

I made these rolls also because of a quick and easy recipe; I substituted the oil/butter with coconut oil. YUMMY !!!

An awesome recipe. I activated my yeast with HOT tap water, and after all the flower was incorporated, kneaded the dough four or five times on a lightly floured surface. This is an incredible roll and I'm having trouble not eating all of them!

I tried this and. it was my first time making rolls. and well, I completely messed it up, thanks to my stupid boyfriend who wouldn't leave me alone while i was trying to make it. LOL. but they did taste good, and so i guess it wasn't all bad.

Have these in the "raising" process now. Unfortunately, by living alone - I only had a six cup muffin tin. I used it - then processed the balance as you would biscuits. It IS a sticky dough and very delicate when working with hands. I did not overwork, but patted out and cut. After reading all the reviews - I am really anxious for these to finish raising, so I can bake and taste.

Excellent recipe. I used half the dough and cut out as biscuits, since I only had a 6 cup muffin tin. Muffin portions were perfect, biscuits did not raise as had hoped - but will be making a bread pudding today in addition to a couple of other things. This is definitely a keeper.

Unfortunately, despite all the amazing reviews, I am truly unimpressed. Sorry.

OMG so yummy and easy. Will never buy brown and serve rolls again. Even my picky 12yo loved these!

This is the first recipe using yeast where I didn't end up with a hard dense bread. These were delicious and light!! I used the oil this time. I will definitely make these again.

This is an excellent recipe especially if it's your first time trying homemade rolls. I'm a fairly good cook, but never attempted to make rolls until I was browsing and found this recipe. Thanks for sharing this one.

I made the rolls as directed, but was unsure of the yield and made 24. I let them rise only a short amount of time after reading the reviews, but they were very small. If I cooked them less or made fewer they would have been better. Overall the taste was good despite my craziness to get them done fast.

I've been trying out lots of dinner roll recipes that don't require kneading. I am in love with this one! It's easy, quick, and absolutely delicious. I only let them rise for 30 minutes, but they didn't seem to rise at all in that time; however, they doubled or tripled in size while baking. You do not need to roll these into balls. I filled each spot on the muffin pan halfway, then went around to each one adding more until all the dough was used. They still came out shaped like a roll. Light, fluffy, tasty... my new favorite recipe.

I made these rolls in 20 minutes after spending 3 days and failing at making sourdough. I let them rise about 15 minutes before popping them in a hot oven. This was a welcome save!!! Than you so much.

These dinner rolls are delicious! I have probably made them a dozen times since the first time I made them a few months ago because everyone demands them! These do not even need to be kneaded, I just use a bread hook and spoon them straight into a muffin tin! I increased the salt to 1 1/2 tsp. I have even made these completely without butter (on accident) and they were still delicious. These warm up great too. I top with some melted butter with garlic salt and they get devoured!
