NO FAIL PIE CRUST 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
3 egg whites
dash salt
6 tbsp. sugar

Mix cornstarch and 2 Tbsp. sugar with water and cook together until clear; then set aside. Add salt to egg whites and whip until foamy or standing in peaks. add the mixture you set aside. Continue beating until creamy, add 6 Tbsp. sugar gradually. Beat until very creamy. Pile on pie and bake at 325°F for 30 minutes or until a golden brown.
