CREME DE MENTHE PIE 
2 c. (24) crushed creme-filled chocolate cookies
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp. green creme de menthe
2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Combine cream cheese, sugar and creme de menthe, mixing until well blended. Fold in whipping cream; pour into crust. Chill overnight. Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired. Serves 8.
