CREME DE MENTHE PIE 
24 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 pt. whipping cream
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1/4 c. Creme de Menthe

Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter for crust. Press into 9 inch pie plate. Reserve some crumbs for top of pie. Whip the cream and set aside. Whip the marshmallow creme and Creme de Menthe. Then fold into the whipped cream. Pour mixture into crust; top with reserved crumbs. Cover with clear wrap and freeze for at least 3 hours. Remove from freezer 5 minutes ahead of time to serve.
