SALMON PEPPER STEAK 
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. black pepper ground
5 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white wine
1 lemon sliced
4 (1/4 in.) salmon steaks

Lightly dredge steaks with flour, press pepper firmly into steaks so it adheres. melt butter in skillet and cook steaks for 5 minutes or until it parts easily, turn at 1/2 mark. Remove and place on serving dish. Season and keep warm. In same skillet; add butter and wine and stir quickly until it begins to steam. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
