SALMON STEAK WITH DILL 
4 salmon steaks, 1 inch thick
1/2 c. very thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 tsp. dill weed (dry)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Arrange steaks in 12 x 8 inch microwavable dish, with thickest portion toward outside. Combine celery, butter, wine and dill weed, salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over each steak. Cover with wax paper. Cook at high for 9-11 minutes. Let stand covered 3 minutes before serving. Serves 4.
