BEAN SALAD 
1 can red kidney beans
1 can canellini beans (or white beans)
1 can cut green beans
1 large cucumber, sliced
6 radishes, thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 slices provolone or muenster cheese, cubed
5 tablespoons Vinaigrette
pinch of basil and oregano
salt and pepper, to taste

Drain cans and combine all ingredients. Refrigerate.
