MARK'S REFRESHING GREEN BEANS
SALAD
 
4 cans green beans
3 cups olive oil
Juice of 10 lemons
2 cups of red wine vinegar
1 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cups water
tarragon, chile powder, and Worcestershire sauce, to taste.

Mix these tasty ingredients in a large wooden bowl.

Place then in a refrigerator but covered with non-phalate containing saran wrap (if available)

Chill for 1 hour.

Ideally serve before lamb with mint jelly, stuffed artichokes, or as a breakfast motivator, before whole-wheat pancakes with maple syrup from Vermont-trees, with almond butter.

My mother use to make a green bean salad with olive oil and either vinegar or lemon juice. Then she would chill it. I believe she also put some garlic in it. It was delicious. However, she used fresh beans.
