FANTASTIC GREEN SALAD 
9 c. bite size pieces mixed salad greens
1 c. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese (about 4 oz.)
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar

Place salad greens and cheese in bowl. Sprinkle with pepper. Toss salad with oil until leaves shine. Pour vinegar on salad; toss.

Your favorite crumbly cheese (such as blue or feta) can be used for Gorgonzola cheese. Or use 1 cup diced sharp Cheddar cheese. 8 servings.
