GREEN SALAD WITH BANANAS AND
ORANGES
 
4 c. salad greens, torn into bite size pieces
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and chilled
1 sliced green pepper
1 bermuda onion, thinly sliced

BACON DRESSING:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Just before serving, arrange the greens, orange segments, bananas, green pepper, and onion in a salad bowl. Prepare the dressing by combining the oil, vinegar, bacon, sugar, mustard, and salt. Pour dressing over greens; toss and serve.
