GRAPE MERINGUE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/3 c. grape juice
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 baked pie shell (8")

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Stir in juice, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and boils. Boil 1 minute slowly stir with at least half the mixture into egg yolks, then blend into hot mixture in saucepan. Boil 1 minute longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and blend in lemon juice and butter. Pour into shell.
