GRAPE PIE 
3 1/2 c. grapes (the blue garden variety type)
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 (8 inch) unbaked pie shell

Slip off skins of grapes. Cook pulp until soft. Combine sugar, flour, salt to grape pulp and grape skins. Add lemon flavoring to lemon juice and sprinkle over top of mixture after putting it in pie shell. Dot with butter.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Cut butter, flour and sugar together until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, and then reduce to 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
