EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 pkg. Schilling spaghetti sauce mix
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese, lowfat (2% or less milkfat)
4 oz. lowfat mozzarella cheese
4 oz. lasagna noodles (5 sticks)
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. water
Italian seasonings
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat, drain and place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 package of spaghetti sauce mix over meat. Layer cottage cheese and uncooked noodles and sprinkle remainder of spaghetti sauce mix over meat. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings to taste. Put tomato mixture on top. Top with cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, uncovered.
