EASY LASAGNE 
8 oz. box lasagne noodles (uncooked)
1 lb. ground chuck
32 oz. Ragu spaghetti sauce
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 lb. (2 c.) sm. curd cottage cheese
3 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese

Brown and drain meat. Add sauce, water, salt and sugar. Simmer several minutes. In a 13 x 9 inch casserole, layer 1/3 of sauce, 1/2 of uncooked noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/3 of grated cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce and remaining grated cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
