HAM & CHEESE CREPES 
Crepes
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz. thinly sliced cooked ham
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

1. Make crepes.

2. Mix sour cream, green onions, mustard, salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese on crepes. Top with ham. Spread heaping tablespoon green onion mixture on ham. Roll crepes. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle on rolled crepes.

3. Bake crepes on ungreased baking sheet until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Serve hot. Garnish with watercress if desired.
