DAD'S POTATOES `N PORK CHOPS 
10-12 med. potatoes, diced
6 pork chops
2 med. onions, sliced
Salt & pepper
Optional: add carrots & celery with potatoes

Dice your potatoes. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Add salt and pepper. Add enough water to just barely cover the potatoes. Add the sliced onions. Place pork chops on top of potatoes and onions. Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Depending on thickness of pork chops. Serve with a vegetable and rolls.
