1 head lettuce
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. sweet onion
1 c. celery
10 oz. frozen peas
1 pt. Hellmann's
1 c. sour cream
Parmesan cheese
Bacon bits
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Shred 1/2 head of lettuce into pan. Add chopped pepper, onion, celery, then a layer of frozen peas; then the other half of lettuce; sprinkle package of dry dressing mix. Frost with Hellmann's mixed with sour cream. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon bits. Refrigerate approximately 12 hours to marinate. 18 servings.
