FUNNEL CAKES 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Oil for deep frying
Powder sugar for sprinkling

Mix as you would any cake. Heat oil. Pour cake in a funnel - stopping the flow with your finger. "Squiggle" the batter into the oil. Cook 3 minutes on each side. Drain and sprinkle with sugar.
