CORNBREAD SALAD 
3 pkg. cornbread mix
1 (6 oz.) buttermilk dressing
1/2 c. green peppers
1/2 c. chopped ham
3 chopped boiled eggs
1 can corn
1 (6 oz.) Ranch dressing
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced tomatoes (optional)

Prepare cornbread as directed on package. Let cool and then crumble into large mixing bowl. Add undrained corn and 2 bottles of salad dressing. Stir well. Add diced peppers, onions, ham, tomatoes, and eggs. Mix all ingredients together. This is great for large family get-togethers. Everyone loves it!
