CHRISTMAS BUTTER COOKIES 
3 egg yolks
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
2 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Cream sugar and butter. Add 1 egg yolk at a time. Add flavoring then flour, a little at a time. Bake 6 minutes at 350-375 degrees but watch carefully. Cookies will be white when they are done.
