EASY BAKE CORNBREAD 
2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. self-rising flour
buttermilk
oil

Add 1 Tbsp. oil to medium iron skillet and heat. Mix meal and flour in mixing bowl. Add buttermilk. Stir thoroughly. Pour excess hot oil from skillet into mixture and stir in. Pour mixture into hot skillet and bake in 425°F oven until golden brown.
