CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked broken narrow egg noodles
2 to 3 c. cut up cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced stuffed green olives

1. In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine noodles, chicken, chicken stock, milk, salt and pepper. Stir lightly.

2. Cover and cook on High for 8-10 minutes, stirring once or until noodles are tender.

3. Stir in cheese and olives. Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
