COLD BROCCOLI SALAD 
10 oz. of frozen broccoli, chopped
10 oz. of frozen green peas
Dash of lemon juice
3 stalks of celery, chopped
2/3 c. of mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. of sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped

Thaw broccoli; drain well and press out as much moisture as possible. Thaw peas on paper towel. Combine broccoli and peas; sprinkle with lemon juice. Add celery, onion, salt and pepper to taste. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir into vegetables until moistened. Add chopped eggs and mix lightly. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve on lettuce or as individual salads.
