ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 c. raw potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. top milk or cream, heated
4 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Place a layer of sliced potatoes in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Dot with butter. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Pour hot milk over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
