3 oz. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Food coloring
1/4 tsp. flavoring (mint)

Mix with hands. Roll in balls. Coat with sugar. Press into rubber mold. Pop out. Makes 70 roses and 100 leaves. Also can color sugar and leave dough white.
