CHICKEN HAWAIIAN 
2 chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb.), split
2 tbsp. shortening
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/2 c. drained pineapple chunks
1/8 tsp. ground ginger or cinnamon

In skillet, brown chicken in shortening; pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer 30 minutes or until done.

Makes 4 servings.
