CHICKEN SALAD HAWAIIAN 
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 sm. can pineapple, drained
1/3 c. water chestnuts
1/3 c. chopped celery
Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. almonds (optional)

Mix chicken, salt, mayonnaise and celery. Add cut-up pineapple and halved water chestnuts and almonds, reserving few almonds to sprinkle on top. Serve on top of lettuce leaf with pineapple slice.
