2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 lbs. hamburger
Chopped onion, mushrooms, green pepper, etc.
3 eggs
American cheese
1 sm. can tomato sauce
Ketchup & mustard to taste

Fry hamburger with choice of ingredients and drain. Add sauce, ketchup and mustard until moist. Grease pie pan, line with 1 package of crescent rolls fill with hamburger mix. Separate yolk from 2 eggs, beat whites and 3rd egg, pour over hamburger, cover with cheese and then remaining rolls, brush on egg yolks and bake, covered 30 minutes, then uncover 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
