PRIZE WINNING PUMPKIN PIE 
CRUST:

Mix together:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt

Add to above:

2/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. milk

Mix until it forms a ball. Pat into pie pan. No rolling necessary.

FILLING:

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. prepared pumpkin
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk

Mix filling ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees. Bake additional 40-50 minutes.
