SALMON-CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. can salmon (with liquid) 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained) 1 1/2 c. bread and/or cracker crumbs 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. chopped onion Remove bones from salmon. Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly. Pour into greased casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until lightly brown. |
