CHEESE SALMON LOAF | |
1 1/4 c. grated cheese 1 lb. can salmon, flaked 1 egg, well beaten 1/2 c. canned milk 1 c. bread crumbs 3 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. lemon 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt Shape in buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Dilute cream of celery soup with 1/4 cup water. Heat and serve over salmon. |
