SALMON CHEESE LOAF 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon (drained)
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (sliced and drained)
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated American cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. dry onions or 3 tbsp. onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (thawed)

Flake fish in bowl, removing bones. Add all remaining ingredients except peas and mix. Pour into greased crock pot and shape into rounded loaf. Cover and cook on high 1 hour, then low 3 to 5 hours. Add peas around loaf during the last hour.

Can add bits of: salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, dry parsley, or Worcestershire sauce.
