TUNA AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
7 oz. can tuna
1 c. instant rice
1 c. drained peas (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Bake in 375 degrees oven for 25 minutes or in microwave on high for 7 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
