1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. Karo light syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. coconut 2 c. (1 lb.) powdered sugar Cinnamon Cream together butter, syrup, then add vanilla and coconut. Then add a little powdered sugar at a time. Shape into bite size balls. Roll in cinnamon (1/4 cup). Put on wax paper. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 3 dozen. |
