CREAMY POTATO BAKE 
3 c. mashed potatoes
8 oz. commercial sour cream
5 to 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 sm. green onions, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Spread potatoes evenly in a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with sour cream; sprinkle with bacon and green onions. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Yield: 6 servings.
