CORN BAKE 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can cream style corn (16 oz.)
1 c. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1 box "Jiffy" corn muffin mix

Combine all ingredients and pour into large buttered Pyrex. No cover. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. You can also put in 2 small dishes and freeze one.
