2 lbs. carrots, sliced 2 sm. onions, sliced 1 green pepper, chopped Cook above until tender, drain well. Add to vegetables 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup salad oil, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp. additional sugar, 1 tsp. salt, pepper, 1/4 tsp. mustard. Cover tightly and toss upside down. Refrigerate 24 hours. Will keep a long time in refrigerator. |
