QUICK PIZZA BURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 toes garlic, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 soup can water
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, pepper, garlic until meat is browned. Drain off excess fat. Stir in tomato soup and water. Mix and add Italian seasoning and salt. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Spread half of the meat mixture in frozen pie crust. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Spread remaining half of meat mixture and top with remaining half of the cheese. Bake in a 400 degree oven on preheated cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
