PIZZA BURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
2 c. Bisquick
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
8 slices American cheese
1 can mushrooms
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and drain. Mix tomato sauce and oregano, simmer 10 minutes. Make dough with Bisquick, egg and milk. Roll out half of the dough and spread over bottom of a 9 x 9 inch pan. Pour half of the meat mixture on dough, then layer 4 slices of cheese, rest of meat, then mushrooms, 4 more slices of cheese and the Parmesan.

Roll out rest of dough and cover mixture. Bake 20 minutes in 400 degree oven.
