QUICK VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 lg. cans evaporated milk
Sweet milk to finish filling freezer
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix eggs, sugar and evaporated milk together. Cook until it begins to thicken. Cool. Add extract and salt. Mix. Pour into freezer container and finish filling with sweet milk. Freeze according to freezer instructions.
